Knud was so easy to deal with . He was informative and friendly without being pushy or over the top. He went out of his way several times to ensure information given was checked and correct and everything was working properly. He had some bits fixed promptly and efficiently and no question was left unanswered. It felt like Knud was actually working for us not for the vendor! We would recommend Kund highly.
